"La Frontera" is a fascinating musical experience, characterized by the brilliant stage presence of the French singer and accordionist Miranda Cortes, the pathos of the flamenco guitar of Michele Pucci, the viola and violin sound of the cantaor Michele Sguotti, and the varied percussion of Abu Lorenzo Gasperoni, whose recent entry has further enriched the group's sound.
"Mistral" is the natural evolution of the three previous albums of the quartet: “La musica dei Popoli” ("The music of Peoples"), 2001; “Mar Bianco” ("White Sea"), 2004, and "Ferme tes yeux" (“Close your eyes”), 2008.
